Very POOR organization between customer and transport

My vehicle was picked up RPM Logistics on December 19, 2008. When they did the vehicle inspection, they used a form for Transload Express, both out of Auburn, WA. They did not attempt to confirm my VIN number, plates or gas mileage. When I wrote down my own mileage, the driver was a little shocked. A whole 4 days AFTER my car was picked up, I got a call from RPM Logistics stating that my car was in an impound like parking lot because the truck was in an accident. When I called Total Car Shipping, they had no idea. When a new company was assigned to deliver my car, nobody attempted to call me with their insurance information or an ETA on the delivery of my car. I constantly had to call to get an ETA. Finally on the day my car was to be delivered between 5pm and 7pm on January 1, 2009, the driver called me to tell me either he could deliver my car around midnight or the following morning.

I would NOT recommend Total Car Shipping, due to the poor choices they use in assigning a company to deliver your car. Once they have your order, you are forgotten about. If I had it to do over again, I would have just driven!
