When the first carrier changed dates of pickup twice in the last minute, Anne C and Total Car were fantastic. Anne was responsive, quick to act and find an alternate carrier and extremely professional. The stress of having to try and find an alternate with short lead time was all mine...Anne calmly went and solved the problem. Great customer service!
