I've only shipped one other car previous to this, and I used a high-end shipping company. And I'll be honest with you, when I got the car delivered, I got a lot of attitude from the driver and a lot of rush and a lot of push and it was very unprofessional. And so this time I was shipping a car back to Palm Beach with Barrett Jackson I really did my research. The kind of things I was asking for placement of the car not being pulled on and off the transport and other things I was willing to pay a little extra for. It was a big deal to a lot of higher end shippers and once again I got a lot of attitude.

I ended up calling my rep at Barrett Jackson, and his assistant recommended Mark at Total Car Shipping. I've got to tell you that from the very beginning I saw a man that handled himself way differently than everybody else. He was able to oblige every one of my considerations on timely picking up cars, off loading at the site, placement on the trailer, communication throughout, working with the representatives at Barrett Jackson when the car got delivered, everything was of excellence.

Now I'm the kind of guy that's willing to pay extra for that because I was dealing with a car that was worth $0.25M and it was one of a kind and had exclusive features only for this car. However, I ended up giving him not only what he wanted but more, because he gave me much more than what I thought I was really going to get from any car shipper.

I told Barrett Jackson staff the same thing that I'm telling you in this review. You should definitely call this guy if you want a special consideration on whatever you're shipping, whether it's a car, motorcycle, boat, or whatever, this guy can handle it for you and this man handles it with integrity and caring and thoughtfulness that I've really come to appreciate and I will recommend him to everything that wants to ship something from this point forward.
