Excellent customer service and delivery

I dealt with Richard at Total Car Shipping. He was professional, cordial. He explained how the process worked. I was a bit hesitant, because of all the horror stories in other companies' online reviews. He told me he'd help and he did. He had a driver for the next evening. Driver-rep called ahead, showed up on time, was very friendly - a pro. Could tell he'd done it many times. A quick load, inspection, and off he went.

Delivery was just the same, just in reverse. Driver gave a 15-min heads up, as requested, delivered with a smile, and off he went. Arrived in perfect condition. NO SURPRISES in service, schedule or quoted price.

Car was in great hands. Would go with TCS again any time.
