Marc with Total Car Shipping was an excellent contact. He was professional and always available via email and phone. The day of pick up was a bit frustrating with the actual transportation company as the drivers were 3 hours late picking up my car because they were held up by another pick up. The dispatcher from that company wanted to push my pick up back another day which was not possible. Total Car Shipping is the intermediary between the customer and a transportation company. My shipment was a dual driver team which was why my car made it cross country in 4 days. Drivers were available by cell as well and you could call them to get updates on where your car was during shipment. Other than the late pick up this was a smooth process.
