Unreliable, had to use another company at the last minute!

Made reservation with Marie Abrahams of Total Car Shipping on May 19th for pick up on the 30th-31st. Marie assured the car would be picked up by then. Marie never called to update me on a pick-up time. I called Marie on 3 separate occasions to find out whether a driver was confirmed. Marie repeatedly told me I would receive confirmation 3 days before the expected ship date. 1 day from the expected ship date and still no confirmation on a driver. I call and Marie admits she still has no driver, leaving me less than 1 day to find a new shipping company and costing me an additional $225 to rush my shipment with another company due to this company's negligence.
NEVER AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE, they will promise you everything and deliver nothing!
