I had a transport from Delaware to Utah which is sizeable journey. My son is in the Air Force, his first duty base happened to be cross country at HIll AFB. I contacted a car shipping company(one that I had researched and I THOUGHT sounded reliable) They took my Credit Card number and info. After 3 days WITHOUT hearing a thing, I called them ...and called them every day after that to no avail. No contact whatsoever not to mention they had my credit card number. I was in a panic,as my son had no transportation to and from work. I got a email from Total Car shipping saying that if I was in this very situation to call and give them a try. Mark saved the day for me and my son. He called me SAME DAY and had a carrier for my sons car. Not just any carrier ONE I COULD TRUST..... I even met the owner. There were no price tricks, I wasnt left hangin AND Mark stayed in contact before the car was picked up, during and after. They delivered right to my sons Base...no problems, same condition...brand new. Mark at Total Car Shipping was my angel. It is stressful and confusing finding a company you can trust with your vechicle. Even if you research online you can end up waiting like I did. Once I handed the job to Total Car Shipping the stress was gone and my son has his ride. I would DEFINITELY use them again....trust me I dont play around
