While our car was delayed, for a reason we never could determine, communication was excellent from Billy. He ALWAYS answered his phone (I am not sure he sleeps) and if he did not his return phone calls were immediate. Billy went above and beyond trying to get the car to us on time and had good contact with the driver. The car was two days late but I felt that Billy did all he could to determine what the problem was! The driver did meet us in a convenient location and was very courteous at the final destination. While it is pricey to ship a car, we would definitely use this company again.
