A bad and unhonest transport company and an excellent and good transport company

on 12/23 /2011, I got a quote from 3 transport companies and choose the lowest quote from Joe, Warren, and Jenny from Promoving Solutions to move my vehicle from Maryland to California, we all agreed with 200$ deposit and total 1150$ and approx 10 days to move my vehicle. After we signed the contract, they took the deposit, delayed the transport of my vehicle weeks after weeks with reason of the holidays, cannot find a carrier and jack up the price . The owner of the vehicle is moving to California 6 weeks before to accept job and start working and have to spent more than 1K for car renta for 6 weeks because of delayl and car is still in Maryland unattended, I called Joe and he said still work on it and still look for a carrier to fit my quote and asked me if I wan to cancel the agreement and asked for option I have to pay more if not i have to wait!!!! This Promoving Solutions is a joke, a scam, and gave false and lowest quote to lured public and when people signed the agreement and after they took the deposit will jacked up the price and if you will not agreed will delayed the transport of your vehicle. This is an Unprofessionnal , Unrelialble and Unethical transport company that public have to be awared off!!!. Finally on 01/30/2012 we ran out of patience, cancelled the agreement and get our deposit back after all damaged have been done ( more than 6 weeks delay, no vehicle and spent more than 1k car rental and spent 100 phone calls and emails ) Finally on 02/01/2012 I got a quote from Laki at Total Car Shipping and they picked up my vehicle on 02/04/12 and transported my car from Maryland to California and only take 6 days and I get my car on 02/10/12 and in very good condition. I really recommend this excellent, reliable and professionnal moving company to everybody .WHAT A BIG DIFFERENCE can it make!!!! an unhonest company Promoving Solutions and one honest company Total Car Shipping can differ, one gave you all damaged and stressfull situations and one make your day!!!!
