I was very pleased with the overall expierence with Total Car Shipping. Communication was good and I was kept pretty well up to date on them trying to find a transport with in my time frame. The only glitch was that I had not been notified that my car had been dispatched. I received a call from the driver who was ready to pick up the car right then and I had to scramble to make that happen. I did not receive either an e-mail or phone call from Total Car Shipping until after the car had been loaded and was on it's way to Florida. I had followed the recommendation that the license plates be removed and even though I think that is a good security issue, I would not do that again. My car was delivered prior to the agreed upon time and sat in a hotel parking lot(not my hotel) without plates for several hours. All was well when I arrived at the car, I was just suprised that hotel security had not towed the car. I would use this company again despite the glitches, everyone was very professional and has a great understanding of how the transport business works
