Terrible service. Waited 3 weeks. Called to check on problem and always got "we are working on it". Left multiple messages and my calls were never returned. Ended contract after 3 week wait and went with another company. AutoStar found me a carrier within 30 minutes for the exact same price!!! My car was delivered from Ohio to California in 3 days with AutoStar! In addition, AutoStar does not require money or a contract until they find you a carrier. They don't have any hidden fees either...Total Car advised me the carrier could ask for more money before agreeing to pick up my car. Save yourself the headache and go with AutoStar Transport & Logistics from the beginning. Ask for Taylor...she was awesome!
