The actual carrier was Speed Auto Transport, Inc.

1) The broker said total 150 lbs of personal items would be allowed. The driver refused to pick up the car and asked $150 but later agreed to $100 extra.

2)On the 13th day, th driver called me saying he would call between 8 and 10 in the morning. He never did call me about when the car would be delivered next day. I stayed whole day home waiting for his call.Meantime I calld the driver three times but he never kept his word when he would call or come to my place. Finally at 11:45pm, he called me 5miles from my place and told me to pick up the car.

3)On the delivery 5 miles from my home, I was surprised to see the gast tank was almost empty. And the windshield showed it was cleaned with windshield wiper.
The gas tank was filled up the day and the car was washed before the pick-up in California.
I srongly suspect the car was diven at least 200 miles.

This person is upset with the carrier because he got charged for over weight. We explain that anything over 150lbs is a problem because drivers must go through weigh stations. Understand this falls on the customer for filling the car with over 700lbs in personal items. The customers car and items all got to the delivery on time and in the same condition. We can not control the fees that driver charges if you break the rules of the contract.
