i placed a order to transport a 64 lincoln from panama to ohio on the 19th. it was scheduled to picked up on the 25th. i drove to florida from ohio to meet the transort and they never showed. i called total auto transport and was told just hang ou there and we will send someone else. we will call you in a hour. after 3 and a hlf hours they never called. i called them again and they said we will call you at the end of the business day. they never called. i called them the nex day and they said thy are still working on it and blamed me sayin it was set up for the 4th of march that I HAD THE DATES WRONG!. at that point i had to leave florida and drive back to ohio. after calling them 10 plus tiles and being told 20 differarnt stories they said for sure it would be picked up on the 4th. well today is the 4th and i had to call them 3 times just to find out nobody is comming to pick up the car today. and alex had no memory of even talking to me multiple times last week. i have never been treated so poorly in my life by a company. i undersand that mistakes happen but when they wont even return your phone calls and wast two weeks of my time that is just un acceptable. if your looking to transport a car PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. look elswhere. they wont even return my deposit. i have to do a charge back to get that.
