Very satisfied. Molly my representative was excellent. The only issue was I requested for transport to pick up car on Thursday or Friday. Got a call on Tuesday to say they would be there within 2 hours. I did not get my 48 hour notice call, which I was told would happen. Therefore, I called Molly my representative and she made some phone calls and was able to get me another day since I did not get the call ahead of time. Everything was professional and Molly just made the move easier. Would use Top Rank again!
