I'm a woman & I've never had a vehicle transported before and didn't even know how to begin. I happened to remember that a friend just had a classic car transported from Ohio to Arizona. He endured a nightmare until somehow he was introduced to top Rank Auto and then all went perfect. So I decided to give them a try, after asking around with no help. I contacted Top Rank Auto Transport and they were very nice, no pressure, very realistic. Bottom line, they found me transport for my vehicle and it was delivered in 2 days from when they found a driver. The driver was so nice, normal, respectful, and gave me his cell phone number so that I could contact him if I was freaking out. He arrived on time with my vehicle all perfect. He took it off the truck, he explained his inspection report, I paid him and we were both happy ever after! Top Rank Auto also called me to update me with status report and a final call to be sure my vehicle arrived ok. It was all so uneventful, I'm happy to say. I'm VERY pleased and will DEFINATELY use them again if I ever need to have a vehicle transported. Don't hesitate to call these people if you need transport. Molly was nice and the owner Todd was very reassuring and also very nice and patient with how nervous and naïve I was.
