Purchased a car back east and was bombarded with quotes. I chose a company with a five star rating. He had my deposit for 13 days with no results. Another company with a good rating was also terrible; the owner cursing and using expletives over the phone.
I called Top Rank and within a few hours I received a call back from Todd's wife advising that my vehicle was going to be picked up on the same day. Wow, what great service. For me, I don't need to get a million quotes anymore. Top Rank will have my continued business.
