Wasted two weeks, no call, no shipment

Arranged for transport two weeks ago. Was suppose to get a confirmation email, never did. I called them twice and each time they acted like they had no idea who I was, I had to repeat all my information and destination. I don't know what's going on but I give up waiting for them to call me. I chose another carrier. They could have at least called and let me know if they are even looking.
