Becky with Top Notch Autotransport has been really great and have provided me with excellent customer service. She is extremely polite and attentive.
This is my second time transporting a vehicle. The first company I used called Mercury Auto Transport basically scammed us into paying several hundreds more than what I was quoted. On the 12th hour, they informed me that they've lost a driver and the only way to transport our car is to pay more money to another driver. We had no choice since we were leaving out of state the next day!
Top Notch Autotransport was true to their word. We paid the amount we were quoted. The car was picked up on the day it was promised. Just as advertised, they did not take any payment until the day the car was picked up. I definitely would use this company again and I recommend this company to everyone.
