Last month, we decided to ship our Toyota Tundra from Arizona to Washington State. After receiving numerous quotes via e-mail, I chose Top Notch Auto Transport to broker the move.
On 3-25, I contacted Becky Billedeaux and told her this was the first time shipping a vehicle. She could not have been nicer as she explained the entire process. I advised her I would like the truck moved about 04-01. Within 5 minutes of filling out the online paperwork, Becky called and told
me that she had a truck coming to the Phoenix area the next day and there was room on it for
my truck. 5 minutes later, Jim from Treasured Auto called and asked if he could pick it up by
11AM on 03-26. At 11:05AM on 03-26, he arrived, loaded the Tundra and was on his way.
He told me he would be at the Washington destination on 04-01. He also gave me his cell number to track the move if I wished. At 9:30AM on 04-01, the Tundra was delivered to my contact in great shape. I am very impressed and could not be happier with the service I received from both Becky and Jim concerning this transport. I would strongly recommend both parties for any transport jobs and will definately use them again if needed.
