This was the first time I had a vehicle transported so I was unsure what to expect. I got dozens of quotes and read a lot of reviews on various companies and chose Top Notch based on the positive feedback I read. Becky Billedeaux was very helpful and I would consider Top Notch again if I have a need to transport another vehicle. I believe it was the right choice, not only because of the price but the customer service before and after delivery. They even offered an a $25 retired military discount off their broker fee. The transport company (Katma Express) they chose just happened to be located about 20 miles away so the driver seemed more motivated to make sure everything was timely. The only issue was the amount of dirt, sand, & salt covering the vehicle when it arrived caused by the snowy mountain passes the driver had to cross. It would have been nice if the car had been sprayed off before delivery. With it being so dirty it was very difficult to properly inspect the car for damage. Other than that it was a very positive experience.
