We had been taken advantage of for over a month by another company, promising us we would get a carrier soon and every time I tried getting ahold of their dispatch no one would answer, let alone call back after leaving voice mails after voice mails as well as emails to the dispatch and broker. The other transport company required a $150 deposit to start any type of process; since this was our first time transporting a vehicle we had no clue this was a SCAM! We only had a week left to find another transport company. We found Top Notch Auto Transport and had never been happier!

We were on a deadline and having our vehicle being picked up in a location where not many transport carriers would normally take route we were afraid we weren't going to get a carrier to pick our vehicle up in time.

Tess, was up front and honest with us and assured us we would get picked up in time. A couple days later Tess called and emailed us letting us know the Carrier company name and time of pick up. Tess Wilson, went over and beyond our expectations of great customer service, especially when it came to our tight schedule.

Being in the military, it is very important to trust a company that will get the job done in a timely manner, sometimes within a few days notice since being in the military is so unpredictable. We will definitely be using Tess and Top Notch AT again in the future as well as refer them to our friends and family! My husband and I are dearly grateful we found such a great person and company to do business with!
