Should you ship your car?

My '10 Lexus had a broken heated side mirror due to a rock. The entire top was covered with a fluid that leaked from a car above, and blistered the surface. The mirror has been replaced, and the top will require repainting, all at my expense and my insurance company. I was told, and read the conditions on the Bill of Lading, that these were considered acts of God or otherwise noted not to be covered. My answer to my question "Should you ship your car", definitely not, since the risk is all yours...lesson learned.

Top Notch does not use carriers known to cause vehicle damage. When damage is caused to a vehicle while in the possession of a driver, we will no longer use that carrier. Mr. Pashea's experience with the carrier is clearly unacceptable. However, where Mr. Pashea refers to a "Bill of Lading," this is actually the contract that existed between Mr. Pashea and the carrier, QUALITY AUTO TRANSPORT. We have offered to be of assistance in any way that we could. Customers always have the option to post a review on the carrier that caused damage, and we highly suggest that Mr. Pashea do so in order to inform the general public of his experience with this particular carrier. We ask all those reading this review to please bear this in mind. Thank you, Top Notch Auto Transport
