I have to say, my car pick up, drop off, and actual transport was great. Working with Top Notch as a broker to get in touch with the actual transport company was a pain. I found Bill a little difficult to work with. We set up the account fine, got the quote, date, and contract all lined up. This transport was being paid for by my company, so I handed him over to our administrator, who provided him with the company credit card for the deposit. I got a voicemail about a week later that said he wasn't sure what he did with the company card and he needed that info again. I called and left 3 voicemails for Bill over the course of the next 2 weeks and never heard back from him until the day before transport. This had me worried that the carrier might not come at all if they didn't have the info to pay for the deposit (let alone the fact that he "lost" my company credit card info). We eventually got things squared away. Again, the actual transport company and carrier that we worked with after Top Notch was great. The process of getting it set up and the lack of communication was unacceptable for my purposes. With so many other companies out there, I would go with someone else next time.

I admit, communication was difficult, as I had explained during our last conversation we were having issues with our phone system. We did run into problems with the company credit card that I tried to resolve by reaching the accountant on your end that was handling the finances with no results until you and I were on the phone together and you were able to pass my call to her. The card wasn't lost, just labeled in our system under her name not yours, which is who we had the rest of the order under. It was a simple mistake, but after speaking with her and you on the day it was picked up, which happened on the day you had hoped for, everything was cleared up. I am happy the trip of your vehicle went as planned. take care and I hope you enjoy your new location.
