In March, 2012, I purchased a high end vehicle that I needed transported from AZ to TX. I had never used an auto transport service and I was a little apprehensive about it in the first place. I shopped around for the best quote and of course had a lot of concerns. I spoke to numerous brokers and could never seem to get the right answers i was looking for and much less the customer service that I would have expected.

So with that being said, once I got a hold of Top Notch auto transport I was extremely satified with their customer service. I felt they took the time to put my mind at ease and went above and beyond what was expected of them. More specifically, I wanted to thank Nikki Rigley for the outstanding customer service she provided. She was attentive and prompt in returning my phone calls. Nikki definately knew what she was talking about and was up front and honest when addressing my needs, which was more than I can say for all the other companies I had contacted first.

Anyhow, I was extremely satified with the overall process and did not have a single issue at pick up or at drop off. In fact, the person I purchased the vehicle from made a comment to me about how competent and professional the driver of the tramsporter was when he picked up the vehicle.

In fact, I've recently recommended Top Notch to a friend of mine who needs ta have a vehicle shipped in the next few weeks and I have already referred him to Nikki.

Thanks again! and I would definately use Top Notch again should I ever need your services....which is very possible in the near future.
