I was quoted that my vehicle would picked up in Tucson, AZ and transported to Gary, IN for a total of $400.00. I made my initial deposit payment of $200.00 to Titanium on March 14, 2013. I was told that I would receive a call immediately from the carrier. Today is May 7th and I have not received one call from any individual from this entire organization. I have called and lefted over 15 messages with different point of contacts that answer the in-coming calls that all promised every single time that I would receive a call on the following day. I feel that this is truly the worst possible customer service that I have ever encountered. To take a customer's money, and not even have the common courtesy to initiate contact to give status is unacceptable. I plead with anyone out there looking to utilize a transport company to move a vehicle to NOT USE this company. I am now in the process of trying to have a refund put in place so that I may work with a new company to get my vehicle relocated. I have lost 2 months with this company and with the few times that I have spoken with the customer service representatives there is no remorse accompanied by attitudes reflecting that this is not their problem and that they are very busy with multiple customers. I am truly at a loss for words and can't believe what these people are doing is legal and is going unpunished.
