I had a vehicle shipped from Naples flordia to Atlanta Georgia. During the transport the cars front bumper and bumper trim was damaged. Obviously the broker isn’t at fault and the transport team is, however Erika said she would help me through this trouble with the transport guys. She has stopped answering my calls and emails. Now typically i wouldn’t write a bad review for the middle man but when i call the transport company owner she basically shrugged me off and said she would only talk to Erika and that i was lying about the damaged bumper... Sure the car is old, but boneless the job hired for was to transport my vehicle UNDAMAGED Do not do business with her. Litterally anyone else is better

Jason bought this car sight unseen and he placed an order with us to transport a running/operable vehicle. When the carrier showed up to pick up the car, it would not start, the back windows were broken, and it was covered in numerous dings/dents/scratches, including on the bumper. All of this was notated on the Bill of Lading (condition report) which was signed by the seller prior to pick up. The seller begged the carrier to take the car even though that carrier was not equipped to haul a car that is not running. He even helped the carrier push the car onto the trailer. Upon delivery, Jason tried to make it seem like there was NEW damage to the bumper. He contacted Titan, we spoke with the carrier, they sent us a copy of the condition report and we could clearly see the damage WAS there (along with all of the other damage) BEFORE the car was picked up. We tried to explain this to Jason, a carrier isn't going to pay for damage he did not do. He did not like my answer so I forwarded him to the carriers insurance company, who looked at the condition report and pictures from before pick up/after pick up and found that the carrier was not at fault and the damage was already there. Jason was trying to get a free part for his newly purchased broken car. Sorry but we do not pay for buyers remorse.
