I had contacted serval companies looking to send my car across country. I wasn't to pleased with the companies because they were pushy and they called 24-7 to see is I had made a decision on their company, which left me a little apprehensive. However when I spoke with Erika Marie at Titan National Transport, not only was she personable, but was above knowledgeable with company policies and procedures. Erika Marie guided me through every step of process with AAA times 10 customer service. Each time I had a question and I called Erika Marie she gave me the same extremely outstanding customer service that I received with our initial conversation. Erika Marie has made the process of shipping my car so easy, that I will not only recommend Titan National Transport but Erika Maria as Customer Service Rep of the company and CSR of the year.
