aI'm confused...my car was supposed to be picked up today. I was told that I would be contacted a few days prior to pick up date with a firm time. I have been calling Titan (Erika) since last week, leaving multiple messages requesting a call back. Zero response. It's ironic that as I wait on hold, their automated attendant assures me that "They are with me every step of the way". I'm looking to contracting with another broker...does anyone have any suggestions they'd like to share? Thanks for any feedback...
