Erika Marie was beyond amazing. She was such a pleasure to work with: friendly, happy, sincere, and human. I have never shipped a vehicle before and she put me at ease, answered my million questions, and was there every step of the way. I would certainly choose Titan again should I need to ship a vehicle all because of her! I actually was working with another company prior to her call, but she has such incredible customer service she won me over (and that was without a sale's pitch). Titan has an incredible asset in Erika Marie. Thank you so much, Erika!
