Don't deal with these guys

Well, after a lot of concern about transporting my vehicle I picked Timely Transport to do the job. Unfortunately, the first issue was where the driver tried to drop the vehicle off at. Originally, the driver wanted to unload it at an address that was actually 7 miles away from me. Not a big dea and at least the truck was clean and undamagedl. However, upon delivery I was only given one of the two keys it was picked up with. Not a big deal you think, until you find out that a replacment key is $175!!! Spoke to the driver (Craig) and the dispatcher (Wes) and both told me too bad. They claimed to not have it or know what happened to it. They were completely unwilling to replace or help pay the cost of the new key so now my expense has drastically jumped up. Their customer service, or lack there of should make anyone VERY leary of dealing with these jokers in the future. They have simply shrugged off responsibility and basically said "tough"! Do youselves a favor and deal with a company you can trust. These are not the guys. If I had to grade them on the transport I'd give them a B, but in terms of service they get a huge F!!!
