8/21/17 contacted Timeline and spoke with Noah Clark and paid $90 by credit card, remaining $150 to carrier when delivered. Vehicle scheduled to be picked up on 8/22 and delivered same day, if not next morning. Carrier was to pick up vehicle by 5:00, no one showed or contacted original owner about status of pickup, so original owner called Noah and was later told carrier running 3 hours late, so original owner was not to stay an extra 3 hours. No calls from Timeline on 8/23 so we had to initiate a call for a status update. Finally sent text and emails to Timeline and Noah at 7:23 pm on 8/23 to cancel contract and refund our $90 deposit. We never received a call back until around 11 am on 8/24 from Noah saying they had a carrier ready to pick up vehicle. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. We subsequently learned that a majority of transport companies ask for full payment upon delivery of vehicle. Noah subsequently told us company would not refund $90 initial payment. We have filed a complaint with our credit card company as well with the Attorney General in Tallahassee disputing the charge.
