Took Down payment and gone

After contracting, and paying $150 down on May 18, the broker set a date of June 17. They called the week before and said there was an emergency and the pick up would be delayed. A further call stated a broken rig with no new pick up date nor carrier offered. For the week preceeding the delayed pick up date all of my emails and phone calls to Kisha and others have resulted in no return info, call back, nor email. Tim Logistics is not answering the phone( out of business?). I have submitted a disputed VISA claim for failure to render service to recover the down payment.
I since went with, and had excellent service with, MAS Transport on June 19th.
