I initially talked to Chris and explained that I had not yet purchased the car. He was quite understandable and asked me to just let him know after the purchase took place and when
the car would be available for pickup. It was a week or so later before the car was
available for pickup. The only thing that could have been better had to do with the
driver of the truck/trailer. The driver had not contacted the seller to let him know when he
was coming to pick up the car. The driver's GPS stopped working so he had to call and get
directions on the delivery destination. Overall, however, the process was handled well.

Chris called after the car had been delivered to make sure everything was OK. I assured him
it was.
