I booked a move with Sunday in mid-August to ship my car at any time but no later than 9/9. Although expensive, they were recommended by my brother in law who ships a lot of collector cars to/from auction. We are moving and the movers arrive on Monday the 11th. I heard nothing from them (assumed they were being nice and holding off until the last day and finally called on 9/8 and was told the earliest that they could pick up the car would be 9/16. 4 days after we leave. No warning, no explanation why I got no warning so that I could have booked someone else.
I have no clue how good these guys are once they have your car but their contracts, customer care and commitments are of no value. I would suggest you look elsewhere unless your needs are very wide open. Apparently a smaller business without the necessary scope to keep commitments.

We did run close to the last pick up date of September 9 but we did communicate with you on 8/29 and then 2 days in advance to advise that we could have a truck available on 9/13 and you were not leaving until 9/14. We did try to fix the date issue with you but you had moving vans coming and did not want to wait that late. We do apologize for the delay in shipping your car but sometimes timing is out of our control due to other customers and their schedules.
