Mic's car had previous hail damage to the roof prior to transport of his car to AZ. The hail damage was never fixed even though he had received his insurance payment. Our insurance company stated that you cannot fix a car a second time if the original claim was never repaired and insurance money was received for the hail damage. The original insurance money was not used to fix the damage and he cannot be paid a second time for the same problem. We agreed to pay for any damage we might have caused over the original hail damage claim.
