I am writing this review regarding my experience with The Car Transporters, Inc helping me transport my car from CT to Arizona. I must state right off from the start that this was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. I was looking to ship my most expensive possession 2500 miles by someone i knew nothing about. When i began this search i was bombarded by Brokers offering quotes along with reasons why i should go with their company. i even had one company send out a six page email explaining what was going to happen to me now that i had put my name out there. At first i was thankful, but later found it was a ploy to disarm me into trusting the company. you must beware and do your homework regarding checking references on each and every company and quote. it took me two weeks of research at a very stressful time. i am so grateful i went with The Car Transporters, Inc as the contact person (Holly) assured me from the start she would walk me through this whole ordeal from start to finish. I must state as a minister my word is my most important asset and when i tell you that i was satisfied with the job performance of The Car Transporters, Inc i do so believing that if someone else finds themselves in the position i was in they can count fully on The Car Transporters, Inc. I send a big thankyou to Holly Burton who held my hand through this whole stressful ordeal, and to Chris the contracter who picked up my car and delivered it to me on my arrival in Phoenix, AZ. I would ask anyone contacting The Car Transporters, Inc to specify they would like Chris or one of his brothers to perform the job.
