I was very impressed with the great customer service. Elizabeth explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. She was able to have the car picked up the very next day. She called the evening of pick up to make sure everything was all set. When we told her the truck has not arrived yet, she called them and they called us promptly. They told us they were in Maine, and be arriving around 10 pm. They called us back around 9:30 pm they were still in Maine, so we made arrangements to meet at 7:15 am. The communication was awsome. The vehicle arrived in North Carolina in three days. My son was very impressed that it did nbot take longer.
Elizabeth called us to make sure everthying went well and there were no incidentes. I found the price very reasonable it was way cheaper than us driving and flying back. It was easier to the transport on such short notice.

Tracy ~ I am so happy everything worked out getting your son his car!! He sounds like quite the over achiever, that I couldn't let your family down!!! My CUSTOMERS are MY PRIORITY!!
