Francesca Ferrucci was my broker for my auto transport. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly prompt about getting back to me either with results or just when I left a question on her voicemail. We ran into a scheduling problem regarding the pickup of my car (the car arrived at my destination well before I did), and though it caused me a major case of stress, Francesca took care of things without a second thought. She made the experience as painless as it could be, and did a wonderful job at that.
