We recently needed to have our daughter's car transported from Southern California to New Orleans, Lousiana. My experience with The Car Transporters was fantastic. My contact person was Holly. She was informative, professional and honest. She explained the process and the car was picked up 2 days later. Communication was excellent through the entire process. The driver contacted me and was also polite and professional. The car was delivered 4 days later to my daughter's home. Communication on her end was also excellent. The transport truck could not get down her street so the driver unloaded the car and delivered it to her door. Prior to finding Transport Reviews I had a bad experience with another company, including being lied to, changing the cost significantly and then being verbally threatened. I cancelled my deposit with them through my credit card company. After doing more research I discovered that company had 119 complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau and a rating of "F". The Car Transporters had a rating of "A" and no complaints! I highly recommend that you take time to read reviews and double check with the BBB. The Car Transporters was a very professional company and Holly made the experience easy!
