Before this experience, I had never transported a vehicle. Greg was the representative that contacted me. He did a very good job of answering all of the questions I had, and made the whole process less intimidating. The quote he gave me was at the lower end of what other brokers were giving me, and we still found a carrier within a day of listing the car. Greg did a great job getting answering questions I had leading up to the delivery. Only critique I have is that I'm not sure if Greg was following my vehicle transport. I was told that he would be in contact with myself and the driver to make sure the transport went smoothly, however I never received a phone call around the time of pickup or delivery. This, however, was not a problem as I was in contact with the driver.
