Subsequent to accepting the order, after one week, I was not confirmed for pickup. I called to cancel the order and place it with another competitive firm. I was asked to give them 4 hours to work the order, which I agreed to. Within 3 hours the order was placed with a covered carrier, then in LA.The pick up was scheduled early, in two days, as the carrier was loading and heading north. I asked for a copy of the carrier's insurance, as I was told that the only the carriers insurance would provide me coverage. I could not get Car Tranporters to respond after emails and voice mails. I eventually tracked down the carriers phone number, called the dispatcher and obtained a copy of the insurance policy. All scheduling for delivery was done with the carrier. In my view, The Car Transporters, Inc. did very little to earn their fee. Would not use them again.

Robert, First off, I apologize that you feel we did not do enough for you. If I may, I believe we went above and beyond, judging the circumstances. Unfortunately, the representative that was handling your order abruptly left the company and did not follow through with you in her absence. You then called me directly, which was prior to your move date, explaining the situation. Within hours of our initial phone call I was able to find a carrier for you, deducted money from my fee to help secure the carrier and got everything set up before your move. After receiving your phone call, requesting the carrier's insurance information to set your mind at ease, I emailed you the doc packet the day prior to pick up.
