I was very concerned about shipping my car from NY to CA especially with all of the different companies that responded to my request for a quote. I read a few reviews about Car-Transporters and was put at ease immediately by the broker, Christine Madden. The fact that they had an A rating with the Better Business Bureau was also a plus. Christine explained the entire process to me and went above and beyond my expectations for service. She responded immediately to both phone calls and emails and was a pleasure to work with. She provided me with the driver's name and phone number so that I could connect with him to receive updates on the status of my car's delivery. The driver was polite and apologetic when he called to inform me that the car would arrive one day later then was estimated - but then again, the date was only an estimate.

I was told at the onset of this process not to go with the lowest bidder and while I paid slightly more than I was hoping to pay (I paid $1260, other quotes were around $800-1000) - knowing that my car would be in good hands was incredibly important to me. Christine also was able to find me a better rate (without me even asking) as I was originally quoted around $1300 for the delivery.

Christine and Car-Transporters were definitely the right choice.
