Overall, excellent customer service. I was trying to schedule my pick up around a 3 day holiday weekend, making it difficult. Elizabeth did a great job of maintaining contact and working with my dates. I never waited on hold when calling, and she was easily reached despite my busy schedule. She also followed up to ensure pick and delivery went smoothly. This is the second time I have shipped my car across country and the experience was excellent. I have referred her to others already and would not hesitate to use again.
