Prompt, Professional Service in a Pinch!

I had originally planned my transport with another company (United Freight of America), and after being basically ripped-off by that company, I had exactly 24 hours to get my car off the lot before my lease on the property was expired. Brian called me after I put in a quote request online, at 5:30PM on a Saturday. He could have easily ignored it and went home, and enjoyed his Saturday evening, but he spent the next hour scouring his resources in order to find me a carrier on such short notice. I was quoted at $450, to move from Gainesville, FL to Sarasota, FL with a non-operating, oversized car (1989 Cadillac Brougham). I was incredibly anxious that any company would be able to find a carrier for my car on such short notice, but Brian of The Car Transporters did.

My car was picked up relatively on time (originally was set for about noon, but bad weather delayed the carrier until about 4:30PM). I was actually getting very anxious, as I had to be off the property at 5:30PM, so I called Brian's extension and left him a message at about 3PM, saying I hadn't heard from the carrier and I was worried. He called me back from his PERSONAL cell phone at 3:30PM, saying he was in contact with the carrier and that he would be there by 5:00PM. He wasn't even working that day, and he took the time out of his personal life to call me and assure me that I was in good hands and The Car Transporters could be trusted with my property. He even called me later that evening to make sure that the carrier had picked it up on time and without any problems. The level of customer service that Brian exhibited was nothing short of stellar. From quote to drop-off the entire process was only 48 hours, total.

My car was dropped off the next day, on time and without a problem. My only regret was that I wish I went with The Car Transporters earlier, as they are well worth the extra money up front. The other company (United Freight of America) raised their quote, lacked in professionalism and customer service, and were an all-around scam. The Car Transporters were prompt, courteous, and well worth the price. If I ever need a car moved again, I will not hesitate to use their service again. Thank you!
