I was waiting to hear from the driver the day before the pick up, and he didn't call until 9:45 pm. I then waited until 2:15 pm the next day for the pick up, and he knew I had plans. He did say he could go somewhere else and them stop later, but that whold have been worse. I changed my plans to accommodate him so I would be less inconvenienced. Other than that it was OK.
