iffy situation

i needed my vehicle shipped as fast as possible. i had an order placed with KOBAN LOGISTICS, they told me the truck broke down, two weeks later i had still not heard from them. they wouldn't return my calls, nor answer. at this point i was going to lose my vehicle. so i began looking for another company who would be able to help me. it took me a whole twenty minutes to get a return call from brian. at this point he had a truck ready and was able to take my deposit. which after my previous expierence was very reluctant to do. i was given a lot of info from brian and was assured things would work. so i procceded with my order. three days later the driver (mike) called me. his truck had broke and was currently being serviced. mike told me he would be a day late on pick up, which i had heard once before. two days later he called back and told me he was standing in front of my jeep and was ready to snag it. not even twenty min later brian from THE CAR TRANSPORTERS called me. the vehicle had been picked up. in two days the driver was in front of my house. he kept in contact the whole time on the road and was there when he said he would be. this company and the driver saved my vehicle from going to junk yard, which was in perfect condition. i am fully satisfied. and would highly recommend using this company if you need a vehicle moved. they were prompt, honest, and above all kept me informed with what was happening, thank you brian and mike, you are awesome.
