Felicia was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of the process. I was a little nervous about what would happen with the car, as it was my recently deceased father's favorite toy transporting all the way across country, but she made me feel relaxed about the situation. When we hit a snag in the road, I got her on the phone and she took charge, found out what was going on, and followed back up with me several times. Her service turned an unfamiliar, potentially nerve wracking situation into a comfortable, pleasant experience, and the car arrived in great shape. Thanks, Felicia!!!
