Let me start by stating my vehicle was not picked up or delivered. Why did I give a 5 star review when my car was never moved? There's a difference between what a broker can do and what a carrier can deliver. Everything is dependent upon location. Carriers never want to wander off the beaten path for either pick-up or delivery. If both of your locations are prime, then you're going to have a much quicker response. The broker provides you an avenue to pay a competitive price. The Car Transporters Inc., even took a cut in commission in an attempt to get my car moved, therefore I would have still paid the agreed price because the carrier wanted more money. Brian Komm remained in contact with a full understanding of the situation. Your job is just on the board for the carrier to contact the broker. No guarantees, but no up-front payment to the broker either.

If you want to deal with a decent human being to provide you with the clarity and diction that is required, call Brian Komm. He will work with you, explain to you, advise you. Most importantly he will take care of you. However I encourage you all the decide for yourselves on the carriers by their reviews. Differentiate between a broker and a carrier. Once you have decided to choose a particular broker, don't stop reviewing the carriers that volunteer to move your vehicle. Brian will keep you informed and keep in touch with you all the way. He will always return your calls. What more could a person ask. Paying more money to move your car does not mean you get better service. You just pay more money.

REMEMBER THE BROKER IS NOT THE CARRIER AND THE CARRIER IS NOT THE BROKER.
