Never use this company! We were promised that our cars would be picked up before we flew out of town. We gave them a window of 1 week before which they said was no problem. We tried contacting The Car Shippers 2 days before leaving to confirm and find out when they would be coming, and we were promised a call back the next day that never happened. We tried calling and couldn't get through, finally we hear back from them the day we are flying out, saying someone will be picking them up in a few days. Awesome. Try and arrange that from the airport.
The day before the cars are to arrive at our new location we are told that the driver expects to be paid an additional $350 over the contracted price - or we can't get our cars. Nice! It seems they couldn't get anyone to transport them for the price they originally quoted us $1700, and now we were expected to $2150 without consenting to a new contract or having an opportunity to find someone else to ship the cars. After months of trying to resolve this with the agent from The Car Shippers (who refused to put us in contact with the owner of the company) we reported them to BBB, but BBB said they refused to cooperate with their investigation. USE ANYONE ELSE!
