I placed an order on 3/3 with "The Auto Transport Group" and was assured the car would arrive promptly. After a month, I upgraded the order from budget to expedited (though Anthony states I did not) proof has been shown to this site though. After 3 months, no car, and a complaint on this website Anthony decided to actually return my multiple phone calls!!! First he denied I was a customer on this site (a lie, again proof given to this site) and agreed to refund my money. THEN he called me and asked me to take down my post with the POOR rating. I refused. I don't want anyone to be taken in by this fraudulent scam. And no surprise here, Anthony posted a response to my complaint on this website, again full of LIES. Do NOT use this company!!!! I am fortunate to have received my money, but I wasted 3 months of my time and the vehicle is still in NV while I look for a company to ship it out!

we did everything we could do to help this customer with her refusing to move from budget which is completely a stand by option no guarantee for any pick up date what so ever. we were in constant contact with her the whole time between us calling her and her calling in she knew we were working on her order. we did refund her deposit 100% all we did was try to help this lady out and she would not let us!
